Who are we?
Elijah 7000 (E7K) is a Singapore based fathering movement with the 3 main thrusts
01
Awareness
Create awareness of the impact of fatherlessness on the lives of individuals, to the community and subsequently the nation on the lives of individuals, to their respective communities and subsequently, their nation
02
Commitment
Calling fathers from all walks of life to step into their roles and responsibilities, as a husband to their wives, a son to their earthly fathers, and a father to their children.
03
Time / Training
Facilitate those from individuals to organisations, who have committed themselves on the journey of becoming good godly fathers, the means, and platforms in which to learn and be equipped, get support to sustain and grow
As a Christian movement, E7K received the call in Malachi 4:5-6 to turn the hearts of fathers to their children and the hearts of children to their fathers.
5 “See, I will send the prophet Elijah to you before that great and dreadful day of the Lord comes. 6 He will turn the hearts of the parents to their children, and the hearts of the children to their parents; or else I will come and strike the land with total destruction.”
- Malachi 4:5-6

Founding Members
The founding members, led by Jason Wong, are a gathering of Christian fathers from different walks of life, who have witnessed, encountered and worked with different forms of fatherlessness in their respective context and are convicted in their hearts of not just to be good fathers but also to advocate for the Malachi call to help other fathers and their communities to fulfil their fathering roles and responsibilities
Since receiving the clarion call in 2007 by Jason, the fathering movement has evolved progressively through prayers and revelation till the launch of E7K in 2014. Throughout these times, E7K has been engaging and sharing the fathering message with many churches of different denominations and para-ministries so as to reach as many Christian fathers as possible with the hope to counter the spirit and cultures of fatherlessness and turn them to one where the father plays an active-roles in the lives of their wives and children..
E7K will try to reach out to individuals and organisations in other nations who have encountered the movement and has found it relevant to their own context. E7K will share its experience as a movement, support vision casting if necessary or facilitate the engaging of relevant service providers to support the needs of the nations who has reached out.
